He was elected a deputy of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly)
of Azerbaijani Republic (1-2 summon), head of the permanent
delegation of Azerbaijani Parliament in the European Council
Parliament Assembly (since 2001) and later a vice-president and
a bureau member of this prestigious international organization.
He has endless offices in delivering the information about
Azerbaijan, Armenian military aggression to our country and its
tragedian results and the truth of the Armenian terrorism to the
world through this international organization.
On the basis of deep informal speeches,
supporting on indestructible logic, PACE namely at session of
this Organization has taken a certain number of important
resolution sustained fair position of Azerbaijan.
